Placed an order a few days ago and received report within the advertised timeframe. However, due to a misunderstanding on the requirements of the account, he promptly made a full refund WITHOUT even being asked to do so. If this is not a great service provider then I don't know what is.
He is a great communicator and has answered all my questions with great detail. This is no doubt a reputable service which I will be using in the future should my requirements change.
