I have just started a "new" account with WF after requesting several times to have the name changed on my old one without even an answer.
I would add to that list:
1) Don't expect anyone from Admin to get back to you.
2) If you don't understand getting flamed, then you should be careful to post for the first few days. You will get flamed. Even when you think you have stated a question that is not "dumb" to you, you will be surprised to find out that you are truly an idiot of the lowest form. TRUST ME!
Be careful what you post OR be ready to take some serious college hazing. This place is like a fraternity on crack and if you don't watch your words and actions, you will be placed blindfolded in front of a goat faster than you can say, "....but I'm a noob!"
