i had to sign a 'phishing ammendment' with
CPAempire in order to market on myspace.
basically it said that i'm allowed to use myspace to market their offers as long as i didn't send bulletins using
non-owned accounts.
i'm guessing many affiliates used other
people to send bulletins for them. it's not clear whether or not these bulletins were being sent via phished accounts or not.
will be interesting to watch this pan out.
