I think you'll find that the big-timers are going to scramble to be the helping/innocent informant in all the ringtone offer abuse in the hopes that they'll avoid prosecution when the case turns criminal for mis-representing what the consumer will get by clicking through their Ads.
Basically the first few in there to rat-out the people that were openly abusing these consumers, well, they'll get a free-pass.
Expect to see a lot of this from the big-guys soon.
