Yes, you can have as many URLs and anchors as like you like. You just need to use the following format:
{
{anchor text1|anchor text 2} |
{anchor text1|anchor text 2} |
{anchor text1|anchor text 2}}
Hope that makes sense.
I personally use this on a site of mine and target ~300 urls and about 1200 anchor texts and it works extremely well for long tail terms.
