SEO Guide:

(1) Never EVER use repeated keywords on your pages. Despite what you've learned in the past, google hates seeing the same word(s) over and over on a webpage. Google considers this SPAM. Never repeat keywords.

(2) Google will actually punish you in the SERPs for having TOO MANY backlinks. You must find the right amount of links to balance out your website. This varies by site.

(3) If a site that is a PR 10 gives you a link, this will push your pagerank into negative numbers because of the y2k virus. Never accept links from a PR 10 website under any circumstances. Trust me.

(4) Sometimes google will ban your site for being too awesome. Never allow your website to become too great. For example, don't write original content. This will hurt you in the long run. Google frowns upon original content. Always steal your content from other sources, especially Wikipedia. Google LOVES Wikipedia.

(5) Practice safe SEO. Always wear a condom, especially when working with a new site for the first time. You never know where that site has been.
