In all seriousness though, Diorex brings up a very good point. But, I would consider buying an established site that you can improve upon for about $5,000 or buying a very nice keyword .com domain for about that which should generate some immediate income. Take $2,000 and put it towards new sites, blogs and PPC advertising. Keep the last $1,000 just in case.
That is, of course, if you have $8,000 to spend and not $8,000 total.
