Vent Azoogle offer for fake TM-infrindging watches?

How in the fuuuck did this offer get into Azoogle? I was looking over their new offers tonight and saw this one -- *Incentivized* Luxury Novelty Watches. Hmm, novelty watches? What does that mean? So I check it out and there are Rolex's for $170.00: BestNoveltyWatches.com

I did have a few beers earlier today, but I'm pretty sure what I am seeing is fake watches. Last I checked a Rolex 18k Yachtmaster cost a hell of a lot more than $189.00. I also happen to know that these companies have trademarks and you can't import these items into the United States -- so why is Azoogle offer it to their affiliates to promote?
