Sometimes you get lucky though and you can find niches with huge search volume but not that much competition, this is NOT one of those niches. The serpIQ rating for this keyword is 74, that doesn't sound that high but it also includes my site which is currently at a score of 47. If you remove that it bounces up to a score of 80. I'm beating out sites with serpIQ scores of #93, #86, etc etc.
A lot of my secondary KWs have also been bumped up as well, traffic has nearly tripled and it's still rising.
Now that you've seen the results I figure I'd comment on the other stuff before like to see:
Communication: 5/5, I had a couple of questions and I was given some good advice on what type of site to target (something with a bit of age + some WH linkbuilding done to it).
Turn around time: 5/5 My site went from #21 to #4 within about 24 hours of ordering, you don't get a report as such but who gives a shit when you get results.
I've already ordered another package and I'm setting up some more sites which I think should work well with this type of package.
Overall I couldn't be happier, #4 is the highest position I could possibly hope for (the sites in front of me are official sites which I have no hope against, I was never aiming for a #1 ranking in this niche).

I've got 5 PM notifications now in my email, not checking them but to the moneybrokers guy, that's a no, paypal only, to the alarm guy, tough call, might come out fine, might get slapped around, you got plenty of age, not a lot of backlinks (although some interesting ones, +rep), it's a judgement call. If it were my site, I'd play it safe and build something else to blast and then 301 that to the site.
