Thanks for the order, but we don't have new tickets that are "opened few days before" and unanswered. I answer every new ticket personally within 24 hours at the very very max. And I'm enough of a nerd to be here 14+ hours a day.

I may have dropped the ball last night because it was my birthday, but "opened few days before" + unanswered = not possible.
