This isn't DP, BYA is wrong there, you won't get a lot of spam PM offers (unless requested) because they get banned immediately.
It's important to note, you need to see things from the business perspective AND the customer perspective. You have to think about your product and the demographic of your customer. Then you have to make the site theme/template fit that demographic.
If it is quit smoking, you should be using a much bigger font because old ladies love that quit smoking hype bullshit..
I think BYA gave good advice on those books. Hell, I might pick them up for the fuck of it.
