I was reading up on the keg registration laws and it looks like they require the keg to be registered with the buyers name, address of where the keg will be, drivers license number, phone number, etc.

Whats to stop my friend who would be purchasing the keg from putting his address down when it would never be there (my place the whole time)? If the police randomly show up at his house, they can't demand that he allow them in to make sure the keg is where it was supposed to be.

The issue would be if they bust the party at my house and find the keg there. Which in all likelyhood would not happen. There's only going to be 15 or so people there. The party would extend over 2 days (party friday night, pass out, get up, bbq, drink some more
