Why don't you guys go to Ireland? Income tax is 20% basic rate, 41% higher rate - but they have a system of domicile - you are only liable to Irish income tax if you spend 183 days a year there, and their corporation tax is the lowest in the world - ranges from 10% to 25% (standard rate is 12.5%).

Also, because of the property crash, you can buy some very nice new builds at bargain basement prices. They tend to be extremely welcoming towards outsiders as long as they obey the Irish cultural role of going to the pub a lot.

They are also a neutral country - they don't believe in going to war ever. So it's nice and safe.
