This does make sense. A $130,000 car (the actual price of a granturismo, not 50k lol) + $7,000 wheels but you're living in a sub-par condo, why? I'm not familiar with Florida but here in Houston 1.1k a month is pretty average if we're talking about a 1 bed, it's definitely not any luxury shit.

At the same time I agree with the OP in that if management was aware of multiple issues and tried to cover it up instead of fixing it, that's obviously not right. But like most suits, whoever is richer will probably win.
