What does this have to do with liberty? In fact if you're in the "liberty movement" shouldn't you be in favor of the right for companies to set their own rules for the resale of their items? To me it seems like the first-sale doctrine (clause that allows you to resell stuff) was were the government stepped over the line and intruded into free markets.
If tomorrow I create moneybot v1.0 and sell it for $10,000 in the United States but realize that the price point is too high for India so I sell it there for $1,000 instead in order to attract more sales and state that moneybot licenses from India can't be resold in the United States isn't that my right as a private company? And if customers don't like my requirements they can simply not buy it or buy a similar product from another competitor?
