Name your file "MakeMillionsInYourSleep.pdf".
Sell it on ebay for $0.01.
List it on stumbleupon,digg,slashdot,Squidoo, CL, Myspace and every torrent site you can get your greedy little hands on and give it for free.
Go to a crappy traffic exchange. Pay $100 for 500,000 visitors.
install every analytics prog you can find on your website.
