1. No on keyword stuffing. Try doing a little old fashioned link building. If your blog doesn't look spammy, then see if you can trade links, or even get one way links from relevant sites with traffic.
2. Adsense will cut you off at 3 ads per page. Nothing you can do about that. So, No, you shouldn't get in trouble for putting all three above the fold if you want. They can be all the same size, different sizes, different colors, whatever. Just play around with placement. If you haven't
seen this, check it out.
