Apropo of the topic, there was a post at Techcrunch the other day about the Richter Scales, the group that did the new Tech Bubble 2.0 video. They got a C&D from the photographer who took the picture of Michael Arrington contained in the video. She put the picture in her Flikr stream, they grabbed the photo and used it, and she didn't like it.
