I'm excited about the possibility of getting a peak at the Domaining section. A few questions I would start with:

• Newbie Domainer: Should he look at purchasing new unregistered domains, or buying domains that have already been registered

• Buying existing domains from a non-domainer: How do you best contact the owner and make a deal with them. What if their contact info is not in whois. Template email for sending them explaining how you want their domain.

• Domain purchase transaction- What escrow service is best? Do you write a contract for the sale of a domain? If so, give us some templates.

• Domain parking- What parking company overall gives highest return for parking a mixed bag of 100 domains. Which parking company displays most-relevant ads without me having to feed it keywords or other data.

• TLDs: Provide a guide on how to evaluate domains between .com, .net, .org. For example, B&M businesses would prefer .com and .net. In what situations is .org valuable besides just a nonprofit organization

• TLDs: Are newer TLDs like .info and .mobi worth getting into for newbies? For example, will every .com domain eventually have a .info counterpart?

• TLDs: How do you evaluate names in country code TLDs like .ca .us .mx etc.

• TLDs: Do TLDs besides .com really get type-in traffic? If so which TLDs are better than others purely for type-ins?

• LLLL domains. I read that every LLLL.com had been registered. Is this just hype, or should people start buying up every unregistered LLLLL.com domain too as those will eventually be sold out?

• Case studies. It would be neat to see case studies on going from domain parking to 5-page minisite, to 50 page article site. For example, show the revenue numbers from a domain you had parked for 1 year and then ran it as a 5-page minisite for 1 year so we can see how much of an impact the small development work made.

• Selling domains. Lets say I have a group of 20 domains that are all in the same niche or city and I want to get rid of them. Should I list them on a service like SEDO? List them on webmaster forums? Can I hire an agent who will contact business owners in this niche and sell the domains for me on commission?

• Tools. What tools are there for doing lookups on lots of domains. For example, feed it a list of keywords and a list of cities, or 2 keyword lists and it puts them together in all sorts of combinations and sees what is unregistered. Maybe show how you do this in Excel or what other tool you would use.

• Trademark infringement. Obviously you shouldnt register a domain that is a trademark but what about something that is similar to a trademark. Is Egay an infringement of Ebay.com? is PSTATIONgames.com an infringement on Playstation?

• Domain drops. Besides looking at tdnam, how can you see what domains are available to buy after dropping? Do you have to pay for a service, or can you buy them at the unregistered price?
