I admire the ability to talk openly in these forums..... The CD is nothing its simply a prepaid legal letter standard courtesy to most. I have waged war of this type with another internet guy in my day and legal fees shot up to $10k to resolve but I did get inside info that even to make this a claim of loss from Shoe side it will cost a min of $20k to file a decent case in Federal court and the battle goes from there can last for 10 years and $100k plus in attorney fees.... And more.... The real question who will swing deep in the pockets to wage this ego war......
Jon I have been in your shoes dude swing it if you feel your right and you know the SHOE is wrong and you got the deisre to be the guy who exposes the industry then go for it. I think your on the right track .......
I will show people this war brewing in my blog I find it interesting read and I hate when people try to make u shutup with a scare letter! Rock on with it I am sure this will be a good story...
