this was definitely still working like mad last year...really, i dont think you can super-saturate this market - we are talking about one of the most powerful needs around - if we were talking about PPC or organic SE traffic, saturation is a problem, but the number of places that can provide you direct link traffic for this sort of thing is a Very Large Number and continuing to expand
if you had an invite to something like Late Night Shots & you made a mysterious profile and sent "advice from a friend" messages to chicks with a link to a chlamydia test, you would bank it - how could it miss if you did it with skill? People are mostly ashamed of their hookup behaviors, and understand the risks they are taking. Fear is one of the best motivators for purchases.
