I use OpenAds. I think they must have changed the name to OpenX. Anyway, i use it to rotate adds for different places on my site, to different ips, different priority etc. I have to say, its a really good software.
In addition, have you thought of selling ebay baby sleeping bags? Maybe another avenue for revenue
