This sounds like a fabulous deal, but I'm confused on what's really being offered. MDSandB writes:

If the niche is "adult" then sure, you could find 200 directories, you could find 2000 if you wanted to. If the niche is "football" then maybe you could find 200 directories if you really tried. But what if the niche is Argentinean Llama Farming? Are there really 200 directories to be found?
