All cell networks are jammed and I can't go out anywhere to help anyone because the whole are has been sealed and turned into a fortress -- I live near the military area and where the governor and chief minister live.
Thankfully I was able to contact my partner and he is safe. Anyway I think I will go take a shower because I was numb till I heard back from some of my friends.
