I scanned through the threads here, but didn't see anyone offering this service.

I'm looking for some one who can take my designs from PNG and build a template for wordpress.

I'm looking for some one who knows WP back and front and can manipulate CSS and PHP as needed.

I will do the install, I just need a sliced and coded template. This would be an ongoing relationship with several orders per week.
