It's really only for people who are completely fuckin serious and are not just dicking around. Before you're allowed to join you'll also have to answer a list of questions to see how serious you are, and of course, sign something and send it over. I'd much rather get a small amount of people who I know are serious, than a shitload who will just end up complaining and whining as to why they can't do it after EVERYTHING has been laid out for them.
