Looks like some US based registrars have already started pushing domains into kentucky's account -- while some like Moniker have put it in their own escrow account till the matter becomes clear.
Another reason to go offshore with your domains so that the registrar does not have to give two hoots about the orders passed by some retard in the land of the "free".
