I asked Erect for keywords in an expensive, competitive niche that I'm considering that I had just manually collected about 100 keywords from multiple searches with the Google keyword tool.

This is not a noob friendly niche -many of these keywords are upside down - meaning that Google charges as much or more for a click than the networks pay for a completed zip submit.

Within a few hours, Erect sent me three spreadsheets with over 300 solidly related terms and over 750 alternative terms with cpc and volume of searches numbers for each phrase from the Google adwords tool, and a sheet of 'others w/ potential' that might be good secondary keywords to fill out content pages and such. For those key phrases that we had both turned up the numbers were comparable but not identical, but he had way more keywords - Enough keywords for a large campaign or a site for a year most likely.

Erect doesn't provide a competition number or anything like a KEI score, but I think you can get that from the cost per click number especially if G is charging like $15 or $20 a click. Seems to me that his service would be worth the money even for organic SEO and definitely worthwhile for PPC.

In fact, I may just order another one for a related but less expensive niche.
