Bought a report. Was a bit skeptical but was surprised at the depth of information erect provides. Not sure how accurate the Est. Income he provides will be... guess it depends on other factors such as your personal skill and Adwords account history.
Other than that, I think erect's reports are great to quickly jumpstart a campaign. I bought one because I simply hate the brainstorming part of keyword research.
