you're best bet is to stay away from biz ops for a while at least until the shaving stops or at least until it slows down. The shaving isn't you get 10 leads and they pay you for 8 of them. It's more like, you get 10 and they pay you for 5 of them. The twitter biz ops might be different though, I've heard that some people are doing well with it but then I heard from other people that they are shaving twitter too.
