yeah, i believe advertisers can specify which region to advertise to...and most arbitrage clicks arent actually THAT bad. i would
think they convert about as well as a normal click would convert. Are you an advertiser that knows first hand that yahoo converts better? and if advertisers ever made a mass move to yahoo...arbi's would quickly follow
