It's funny that the reason they're considering getting these off the market is because they contain Tylenol/Panadol (acetaminophen), and not because of the actual harm (none besides addiction) of the opioid/opiate. Actually, from the article:

The good news is that they're probably more likely to prescribe clean opiates. No more doing Cold Water extractions to get rid of the contaminant (Tylenol) in your pain pills.
In all seriousness, acetaminophen is damn dangerous if not used properly. It only takes a little more than the recommended amount on the box (extra strength) to begin to cause severe liver damage, not to mention the fact that people tend to ignore the warnings to avoid consuming alcohol while on the stuff.
