Similar to the other icon we have with the boobs for eyes? So It can just be a static image of big eye boobs and a big mouth shaped in an O of surprise. Under it, it would say "Surprise Boobs!" Or it could just the be the phrase "surprise boobs!" and then the double o in "boobs" could be a picture of boob eyes with the surprise mouth.
If that makes any sense at all.
Edit: I just realized that this may actually encourage surprise boobs. :-/
