Watching the news this morning I saw where Oprah and her crusade of fat losing friends are taking legal action against marketers and/or companies publishing Acai, Colon, ResV offers using their image and likeness to promote these products.
It's nothing new, but what do you guys think will come of this?

Showbiz Tonight is doing a report... well, tonight... on the subject and apparently they are going to pinpoint the companies. The problem I have with this is that the story will get even larger coverage about the issue than it has in the past and I assume the stay at home moms will be watching and spreading the word.
do you all think this will affect the quality of traffic in the future?
I'm thinking I might use the story to leverage how Acai doesn't work and promote a CB weightloss rebill.. hmm.. tasty?
