I'm looking at that link you gave and I don't see any sexy content? Are you talking about just the images and stuff? Google is well aware of that and has never complained once. They have complained about the videos though, and that's why Adbrite/Passion.com ads are on those videos.

Let me know if you can get to the site...it's working fine here.

edit: Also, I'm working on ways to get completely away from Adsense anyway. I don't like the revenue in the hands of something that can change so drastically.
