For my adult stuff , i start building before i go online, so there's less temptation to piss around with mindless things...

I use gallery submitter - fill it up with templates and leave it submitting each day. Then follow that by at least one daily submission using chameleon and or dreamsubmitter, both of those programs save time.

im getting into the freesite game now, so saving the templates i'm making will help a lot a few months down the line.

For blogging, i stock up posts and either set them to post at specific times or leave them as drafts to i can add to them and just hit submit.

the big tasks i once had are now small and mainly automated, meaning i only have work to do in the morning, then i can either relax, learn more or try out new ideas

templates are probably my biggest time saver - if youre into submitting freesites and galleries, you should knock up a few templates whenever you get spare moments.
