The best exercises for ASS are squats. Very few women are willing or able to do squats and squat routines. You need a coach to get you started though cuz you could really hurt your back or tear an ab if your form is wrong. The other benefit is extremely tone legs. Fewer sets more reps. Don't do heavy or you will look like Albanian bitch. Also 3/4 leg curls will pull lower ass back up all tight n shit.
Women that have had children usually will not take to a squat routine because they piss their pants but it improves with time
2nd best thing is bands but take waaay longer for results
jogging and cycling are the worst things you could do for nice ASS
Sprints at full speed are GREAT for ASS but hard as hell to do
Leg kicks in water are also good for ASS
Nothing will get ASS in shape like squat routines + protein + creatine and a few other things. Also, there are very few exercises that will burn calaries like squats.
