Read through the entire thread. Great work Lemons. I have recently started a blog in the diet fitness category but isn't as saturated or high traffic as the get a six pack category.
My keyword gets about 8000 searches per month.
I also post on the bb.com misc section. My name is skullcrusher45 there. Have you checked out the affiliate marketing thread there? I think you could offer a lot of guidance there (and get some reps too).
