I started my first site with much trepidation...just helping a friend. 1 year later I retired to devote myself full time to it.

Here are my metrics - just so you have an idea of what to realistically expect. My numbers are not outlandish - they are fairly common and attainable for someone with commitment.

So by year 3 I was doing $18,564 from my first site. And by that time I had several more sites.
