Still have not received the articles you claimed to have sent. Regardless you did claim that they would done by the weekend and I have the emails to prove it. Several days later I asked again about the status of the content and no reply. The following day I sent an additional project your way and of course you were quick to respond to that email asking for more money. Spoke with several other clients and they claimed to have experienced similar treatment.

If you can't meet a deadline then you let the client know ahead of time that you need to extend the deadline and you don't make excuses. This is client service 101.

Bottom line is your prices reflect your level of professionalism and I have to take responsibilty for hiring someone on the cheap. Be professional and just refund the money. For me this has already been a giant waste of time but it's important that potential customers know what they are in for.
