Question Queston on Forum Rules

SEO_Mike, I have a specific question regarding the forum rules. I have contacted two moderators about this as well but I doubt they will get back to me because I could imagine all the PM's they get each day.

I know it is against forum rules to put up a thread on the same service (having 2 threads) however - what if on your thread you have something like:
(Below is just an example)

"100 Backlinks at only $15 (Service)" and you have been waiting for your thread to be buried with no luck. A thread I recently started has not been buried yet.

The reason why I want to make a new thread on my service is because I am raising my prices on my thread and also going to add some new bonuses too.

If you want to take a look at my threads, you'll only find one pertaining to my thread on my services if you want more details. Now, after I raise my prices - I don't want people coming in and complaining because this is a little unfair and misleading if I have raised them when the title specifically says "XXX Services at only $4".

If someone could kindly let me know what to do, that would be great. I'm waiting before doing anything because I don't want to get banned.
