That's a good idea actually. Perhaps the moderators should sticky this thread as a "troubleshooting" thread. If a member gets a blockage; simply hit the "print screen", email it as a link to yourself, go to a remote computer which allows Wickedfire Internet connection, then members can assess the connection issue and offer helpful advice to figure out their firewall problem.
