I know it sounds like an unbelievable offer. If the person who set up the call wasn't someone I trust completely, then I too would be saying that saaaame shit everyone else here is saying. But being that I do trust my friend and his judgement, I'm sticking to the truth of it and not saying a goddamn thing other than what had happened.

Some of you are seriously missing the point here. I have said over and over, that I never said I thought WF was worth what they valued it at. It's like Yahoo! valuing Facebook at over $1B. That's fucking nuts! But they are willing to pay it, so that means they are nuts but have the cash to be nuts. Maybe the same goes with these guys. They were willing to shell out up to $16M for a forum that only has projections, with no income, and nothing more than good rankings and a pretty tight knit community.

Why are people pointing the fingers at me is just fucked up. I never sat here claiming to be someone I'm not, and I sure as shit didn't say WF is worth this and that. So if you don't like the offer they made, discuss that, but don't come here and call me a liar on my own goddamn forum and think I'm going to sit by and take it, because I won't. Just like if you were in my position, I think you guys would get pretty pissed off from people doubting you because someone made some insane offer your way, but then everyone ganged up on you as if you did something wrong by telling them about it.
