The affiliate networks I've ran offers for always pull the old "let you work for a month, then tell you at the end of the month that you need a 5% paid conversion rate to get your money".

I'm good at getting free sign up's, but I can't seem to find an affiliate network or an offer that will just pay me for free sign up's to offers. They always say 5% of the leads I get need to be paid sign up's.

Does anyone know of a network that's not like that?

What network and offers are you referring to? I've never gotten that kind of response, I've just gotten canned or a lower payout from an offer (but paid for what I made before) for not converting well enough. No network has ever dicked me around like that before.

'N Johu, it's a network called EasyDate, I did an offer for a site called YouCanGetMe. Here's the link to the network:

They basically said that I need 2% conversion for my campaign to even be classed as legit, and 5% to get paid. Needless to say I was pretty pissed, cos I've got like £400 sitting there.

Go for a real network that has UK dating offers, and not a direct one (looks like they run all those sites?). Try Azoogle, CPAEmpire, COPEAC, and the likes.

I'm fairly new to the biz but I have tried most of the big ones mentioned here and have only been impressed with Neverblue, mostly because they actually tell you exactly what needs to happen for an offer to convert, and they have an interface that's actually usable. "My AM is cool" isn't enough reason for me to stay with any network.
 
I have had a lot of success using <a href="http://www.incentaclick.com/cgi-bin/NewAgent?id=7708" target="_top">IncentAClick</a>
 
any networks that will pay me sooner than monthly? what kind of volume do I need to do this?
