Instead of using the landing page forms the advertisers supply, so you are able to control the conversion ratio yourself...

Anyone doing this?

there are a few programs that you can pop the form into your own landing page. I happen to have a great one, but im not sharing.

Well you're talking about a couple of different options really.

1. pre-pop I did a post about it here
2. lead post which means you host the form yourself and post the data to an offer and they take anything within certain guidelines.
3. lead ping which means you you host the form yourself and send them the data, they send back a response of some sort. if they won't take it someone else will.

That's going to be your basics. As far as taking an offer and posting data into the form. Most advertisers strictly forbid against posting data to a landing page form and will catch you and not pay you most of the time. Typically they catch you by IP's not matching location. Once you have good volume you can usually make deals to post direct. Just depends on the niche and the advertiser. Like true.com is going to take a lot more volume to get and api for then say a small payday loan lead buyer.

Hope this gives you a better picture. PM me if you have questions about anything else.
