So I setup and adwords account 2 days ago, and yesterday I made a campaign. The campaign is fine and legit and follows their rules.

Yesterday I called them to sort my Analytics out and link it to my AdWords which they did. Then I noticed my keywords were saying I reached my daily limit, however there were 0 clicks. So I called again.

I called and the lady (Sarah. F) said that she will get it escalated and was pretty helpful. Earlier I got the following form her:

Hello Sohan,

Thank you for your call yesterday regarding getting your email forwarded to Artina, as well as the messaging you were noticing in your Keyword Analysis tool regarding your budget being spent (despite having no clicks). As we discussed, I escalated your account to a specialist team for review. During that review, it came to our team's attention that your Google AdWords account does not comply with our terms of service and advertising policies. As a result, your account has been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate advertisements for any reason. To view our Terms and Conditions, please visit https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder. We appreciate your cooperation.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Sarah F.

I've replied asking for her extension so I can call and find out more, but I don't have a clue what made them do this.

I'm logged into my account now, and it seems to be fine. Not sure if the ads are serving but it looks normal.

Are you iframing to the offer? Cloaking keywords?

C'mon you should know if you ads are serving or not...

Ok dump this account & create a new one... problem solved!
For it to be picked off and targetted again? No thanks.

Just got off the phone. They said they will reply to my email asking why, and see what I did wrong (if anything). However, she said if I make a new account the system can pick up on it and I will be suspended again.

I might just have to make do with Yahoo! and MSN.

Learn to get over things dude. Your account is suspended permanently & cannot be used to advertise anymore.

Well the same thing happened to me when I started with them... I wasted a few days waiting for them to reply to my emails (which never happened). I created a new account & the ads were live after 5 minutes of entering my billing information.
It's suspended, not banned. Follow up with them via email.

I emailed, then phoned them. They said they will get back to me :(.

I don't want to be making accounts left right and cetner. I prefer it all in one login and centralised.

Same thing happened to me - I emailed, phoned constantly for a week with no luck.

I'm in the process of moving address and setting up a ltd company (UK) so I can use the new address and company's name to set up a new account.

I'm making a LTD company also, but instead of moving I'm probably going with a Virtual office. Can't afford to move house (again).

Are you going directly with companies house or through a setup firm? I'll probably go with a firm who do it all for £30. Also you still have to enter your name into it don't you?

Hello Sohan,

Thank you for your email. As mentioned in our previous email, your Google AdWords account has been suspended. We are unable to revoke your account suspension, and we will not accept advertisements from you in the future.

Please note that our support team is unable to help you with this issue, and we ask that you do not contact them about this matter.

Again, as noted in our Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate advertisements for any reason. To view our Terms and Conditions, please visit https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Sarah F.

That's it, I've lost all faith in that company. First my AdSense (no reason) now AdWords. I hate them.

They don't want people getting six packs from belts.

I"m guessing it's the fact that the product is complete bullshit and they probably got a lot of complaints in the past about it. Was there any competition for this product? There probably wasn't, so you saw that as a hidden gem, but in reality adwords just doesn't allow people to advertise things that they don't like.

Damn.. I feel for you buddy! That is pretty fucked up...

Hope you're able to find some solution to this...

C'mon already and stop ignoring the best advice you have been given which is to "create a new account" already. Despite what the people at google said (not sure why you would ask them about that anyway since it's clear they don't want you advertising for some reason), they won't have a clue if you open a new account but take a few measures to prevent big G from linking your accounts together.
