What are your favorite 2nd tier PPC engines for arbitrage?

I currently use 7 search, but am looking at Miva and enhance.

Anyone using any of these or any others successfully with your PPC arbitrage campaigns?

I just saw a thread on wmw where some guy was buying goclick traffic in good faith but it was obv part ptr or bot traffic and his adsense acc got canned. Its not clear from the thread quite how he was arbing the traffic and there was also a dude getting goclick and godaddy mixed up.

He may have been a noob and doing a poor job of feeding the traffic to his page, more generally though it highlights the risk in buying toilet clicks from the tier3 sites.

I wonder though how exactly he was arbing as his goclick visitors would have to click on his landing page adsense ads in most cases which should be okay unless his landing page was also incentivised. Have a guess. The thread is in the Adsense forum on wmw, not sure if I am allowed to link.
 
Miva also blows. I got like 100 clicks in 30 minutes, noclicks, completely worthless.
 
you win the award for dumbest ? ever! if you read anything on this forum everyone it has been said 1000 times that 7search is the best 2nd tier ppc engine everything else is crap!
