Thought I'd try out some of their IQ offers, made a couple ads and what do you know, their entire site has been down and I've been wasting money sending people to a blank page for an hour. Luckily I was only running a single low volume test but come on, this is pretty unprofessional. Haven't seen Jamie on AIM all day either. Anyone know what's going on?

I had some issues with their offers being down and they happily credited me for the difference between my tracking clicks and what showed up on the network side.
they have been an a-class network to deal with so I'm sure they'll sort out your issues.

You should still be compensated for the downtime. Just contact one of the affiliate managers on this forum.
While I agree that the server downtime is a big issue, YEP has always been oustanding to work with; contact them I'm sure they'll give you a credit based off of your historical numbers.
There has been a ton of downtime these last few days with all the DDOS attacks going around. Most networks have been quick to compensate for losses, I'm sure Yep will take care of it.
YEP is awesome, and Jamie is great to work with. I'm sure you will get compensated.

I understand your frustration that the site was down and you may have lost money but we always take care of our affiliates. If the down time was because of our site, then we'll credit you. NO WORRIES!

Another +1 from me for Yep!Revenue, Jamie has been very patient and the network is there when you need it. I'm not ballin' yet, (working on it) but they're the first network I joined and I wouldn't have it any other way..
