All of you already know about the recent change in FTC rules. :usa:
My questions is, "Does it affect European affiliates. if yes, how?"?
 


The Federal Trade Comission is a US organization, of course it has no jurisdiction for people not doing business in or with the US. (on that note, if your website isn't even hosted in the US and you yourself are not an American, but you're doing US offers... well they can just suck it if they want to complain about your flogs.)
 
^^^^ the grey area there is if a us citizen complained because they bought through your flog in america even if hosted elsewhere. i'd like to know that.
