Anybody remember Traffic Needs?

Received a letter today from their attorneys informing me they've applied for bankruptcy. There have been many threads here talking about how slow they were to pay, etc.

We ran with them years ago.. to my knowledge, we were eventually paid everything. Yet, why would we receive this letter unless there's something on their books stating we're still due something?

More curious here than anything else. Did anybody else who used to promote them in the past receive a similar letter?
 


Now there's officially no reason to go legal on these guys. I heard they had 12 pending law suits. They still owe us over $xxx,xxx. The same crew from Traffic Needs has started another network.

Whats the network so everyone can avoid them?
 
Got one of those notices as well, I guess they forgot to pull the names of those they actually paid... we worked with them in 2008 I believe.

You're a mailer wondering why you're getting an <strikethrough>email</strikethrough> letter that doesn't have anything to do with you? lol :D

absolutely not, it just screws the people waiting for payments because their debts are written off. consider what chyrsler did...
